The Service Provider agrees to perform comprehensive home maintenance services for the Client's property to help preserve the condition, functionality, and value of the home. Services may include routine property inspections, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, replacement of standard household components, seasonal maintenance tasks, filter and battery replacements, gutter cleaning, exterior and interior visual inspections, weatherization measures, lubrication of mechanical components, and basic troubleshooting of household systems.
The Service Provider will identify and report maintenance concerns that may require specialized repair or replacement by licensed contractors. Services are limited to general maintenance and minor repair work and do not include major renovations, structural repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other work requiring specialized licensing unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Maintenance services will be performed according to a mutually agreed schedule, and the Service Provider will use reasonable care and industry-standard practices in carrying out all work. Any additional repairs, materials, or services outside the scope of this agreement will require prior approval from the Client and may be subject to additional charges.
